Approach

Our focus is to mitigate the risk for the business due to enhancements and fixes in SAP Functionality while reducing overall cost of ownership and dependency on manual testers. Each of the business processes and solution components are assessed for business risk by evaluating business impact, probability of failure, regression impact and possible workarounds if any of the functionality fails in production. Testing resources, depth and breadth of testing is decided based on overall risk.

Our approach results in maximizing coverage with optimal number of test cases and helps in identifying business critical defects during the release or life cycle of a project.
