Job Duties:
- Monitor, clear and manage queues related to Production Planning
- Coordinate with teams with the production support issues, guiding them while handling production daily support issues hand off.
- Solve recurring SAP PP issues involving configuration and/or processes. Raise tickets during production support to ensure the errors are fixed and the issues are logged. Testing of break fixes and newly created system changes.
- Prepare required test deliverables as needed in Quality Center (test plan, test cases, and test results).
- Responsible for testing activities including creating test cases, automating test scripts and executing system, integration, and regression testing.
- Test the SAP system for new bugs and report issues to the Development team.
- Identify and differentiate between user error and defects in configuration on the SAP system.
- Document the defects with supporting evidence from the system and forward it to the development team for defect resolution.
