Overview
We implemented a full SAP suite for this client however they kept the outdated version of SAP BI. We were tasked to migrate their SAP BI to the new S/4 HANA suite.
Challenges
- Dealt with large data pool with merged data from acquisition
Solutions
- Implemented BI with WM, TM, APO, PP, SD, and FI-CO modules
- Designed and developed reporting metrics and solutions specifically for Go-to-Market and Manufacturing areas
- Built complex scorecard dashboards for Management of sales and finance departments to produce sales and productivity scores
Outcome
- Merged data from multiple BI platforms and consolidated the data in the BI system for the IT department, end users, and management to view and analyze.
- Implemented Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to extract data to the ECC System.
- Consultants traveled to Mexico for UAT during go-live support and trained users on SAP reporting tools, data visualization techniques, and office integration.
